Our BASTARDS jumper seen on A list superstar Florence Pugh, salutes the fearless spirit of Frida Kahlo, the Mexican artist who turned pain into poetry and defiance into art. Fiercely uncompromising, Kahlo lived and created on her own terms — a woman whose self-portraits weren’t about vanity but survival.

Born in 1907, she faced immense physical challenges following childhood polio and a devastating bus accident, yet her reply to fate was pure rebellion: “Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?” Her art explored identity, femininity and fury — colour-drenched and unapologetically raw — while her love story with Diego Rivera became legend.

Care Instructions

We want you to enjoy wearing your beautiful Fund jumper for years to come. We therefore recommend that you wash it by hand so that it stays in perfect condition.

 

Handwash at 20 degrees in warm water using cashmere or wool shampoo.

 

To dry lay flat at room temperature. Do not tumble dry.
