We may be small but we care a whole lot

Our aim is to make beautiful knitwear that you can enjoy wearing for years to come. We also want to give everyone a great service, so that our company will grow and provide more and more school meals for children in poverty.
Please note that all FUND jumpers are bespoke items made to order and therefore cannot be refunded, but if you for any reason want to exchange your item, please follow the instructions below.


If you receive a faulty item, or if the sizing is incorrect please return the item to us within 14 days in a perfect, unworn condition with original tags and we will exchange it for you.
We can’t be held responsible for damage caused by washing or drying your garment, however, if you feel the jumper has a manufacturing fault we will be happy to replace it.

At FUND we believe that a jumper is for life,  we are happy to offer a mend service for worn knitwear, if you wish to have your jumper repaired please send it back to us and we will re-embroider it with a beautiful new design, charges apply for this service.

How to return your jumper

Please fill out the Returns Form included with your jumper. Place this and the unworn jumper back into it’s original box and sleeve. Then to avoid additional waste, stick the return address label to the front of original packaging envelope and cover or cross out your address details from the original label. Drop it to your local post office. Please keep your Proof of Purchase certificate safe until your refund has been dealt with.

If you wish to have your old FUND jumper re-embroidered please purchase one of the re-embroidery designs from the bespoke jumpers page and then return your jumper with the print out of your order to the address below.

Please note that customers will be responsible for all postage costs when returning items. We are a small artisan business and can’t yet cover the cost of returns.
